Price Transparency

DR Systems e|HR, version 2.0 Notice of Price Transparency

A contract is required to purchase DR e|HR, and the purchase of Health Companion is required for patient engagement measure compliance. Contracts typically run with annual auto-renewal.  Licensing and implementation of the functionality and content covered by this certification will require one-time software license and ongoing support fees. These fees cover the right to use the in-scope solutions, support, and ongoing updates to the solution. Initial deployment of the certified technology will include charges for requested standard implementation, integration, and training services. Interface and Health Companion implementation will require license costs and ongoing service fees. The solution has dependencies on local bandwidth. An upgrade to DR e|HR is available to all existing DR e|HR customers with an extended Maintenance Agreement at no additional base software charge. Upgrades may involve after hours service fees and charges to maintain technology platform versions.
